LEGAL NOTICES
The Upper Delaware Conservation District is a subdivision of State government, organized under the New Jersey Soil Conservation Act, NJSA 4:24-1 et seq. As a public subdivision of the State, all board meetings are subject to public notice and open to public attendance. Pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231, P.L. 1975, CIO: 4-18, and in accordance with N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 and 10:4-8 Open Public Meetings Act. The NJ Herald and The Express Times are the designated media outlets to receive all Open Public Meetings act Notices for the District.
If a member of the public is requesting e-mail notices of meeting dates they shall be provided with the same at no cost. All Notices relative to District meetings shall also be provided to the Sussex/Warren County Clerks and shall be posted on the Public Bulletin Board at the District office.
The Agenda for the meetings will generally consist of the following items:• Open/Determine Quorum, Open Public Meetings Announcement• Minutes• Financial Reports and Actions• Correspondence• Old Business• New Business• Open to Public• Executive Session (if needed)• Adjourn
